Representative of Savar: Under the leadership of Advocate Sheikh Shaukat Hossain, MP Candidate of Dhaka District North and Dhaka 19 Constituency of Public Rights Council, (Ashulia-Savar) saw-down and joy march was celebrated.
In continuation of that, on Friday afternoon, students, youth, laborers and general public of District North appeared under the banner of Gana Odhikar Parishad.
The missile started from Ashulia, Jirabo Battala Gana Odhikar Parishad Dhaka district office with a row of motorcycles, trucks and went to Bishmail via Dhaka-Aricha highway to Hemayetpur in Savar and returned to Jirabo office again via Bishmail.
MP Candidate Advocate Sheikh Shaukat Hossain (Farhad) was seen giving a greeting to the people at Savar Bus Stand, he said “I don’t want to be beside you as a leader, I want to be among you as a servant” in establishing the rule of law, corruption free and people’s rights. VP Narul Haq Noor called upon the people to organize the Parishad well.
After the joyous procession, they returned to the district office in a short discussion with the leaders and workers of the masses, students, youth, and labor units. They concluded by pledging to build the country and Savar-Ashulia, i.e. Dhaka 19, a corruption-free and well-governed country.
