Dhaka-18 Constituency Member of Parliament, Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League Secretary of Industry and Commerce Md. Khosru Chowdhury said that the name of Bangladesh Awami League is connected with all the achievements of Bangladesh. Awami League not only led the war of independence, Bangladesh became free of beggars under the worthy leadership of Bangabandhu's daughter Sheikh Hasina. Thousands of homeless families have found homes they never thought possible. The Awami League, which brought independence under the leadership of Bangabandhu, is moving towards economic liberation and a prosperous country under the leadership of that party. Following the path shown by her father, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has made Bangladesh a seat of honor in the world.

He said these words at a public meeting organized by Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League at Tezgaon in the capital today (Monday) on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of Bangladesh Awami League.

Khosru Chowdhury said, the history of Awami League is the history of the glorious achievements and struggles of the Bengali nation. All the best achievements of the Bengali nation, including the establishment of independent and sovereign Bangladesh under the leadership of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the contribution of Awami League is behind the development of Bangladesh. The struggle to build a prosperous Bangladesh is moving forward under the leadership of his successor by capitalizing on the dreams and ideals of the father of the nation. 100% electricity, infrastructural development, industrialization, housing, urbanization, expansion of business and trade, poverty alleviation, disaster mitigation have changed the face of Bangladesh. As a result of the implementation of the long-term plan as shown by Bangabandhu, education, health, gender equality, agriculture, poverty reduction, export-oriented industrialization, garment industry, pharmaceutical industry, progress in economic indicators including increase in export income, Padma Bridge, Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant, Payra Deep Sea Port, Bangabandhu Tunnel , the progress in the country's mega projects including metro rail has changed the face of Bangladesh.

Before this, Dhaka-18 Constituency Member of Parliament and Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League's Secretary of Industry and Commerce Md. Khosru Chowdhury took hundreds of buses from his constituency Uttara to join the public meeting with the leaders and activists.
