When he got the bricks, he sent seven thousand rupees to the Bikash account number of an anonymous person in good faith. Later on that day, when the two thousand bricks were rolled again in the truck, he received the bricks and sent sixteen thousand) taka to the Bikash account number given by the anonymous person. On that day, at approximately 16.00 hours in the afternoon, two thousand bricks came to him again in a truck and he received the bricks and sent fifteen thousand rupees to the Bikash account number given by an anonymous person. After receiving four thousand bricks, he sent thirty three thousand taka to the Bikash account number given by an unknown person. When Md. Tuku Laskar asked to meet the unknown person on the phone, he said, brother is in a bit of trouble now, so he will meet later and have tea together. He simply believes this. In this way, he sent a total of eighty-one thousand taka to the Bikash account number given by the anonymous person for the purchase of 10,000 bricks to the Bikash account number.
Later on the night of 22/02/2024 at approximately 20.30 hours, the police of Perli camp and the representative of TNB mill owner Tiklu chairman of Patkel bari Rafiqul along with driver Abdullah came and asked to pay the brick. Then he said that he sent the money to the mobile number of the person with whom he talked about the brick. Then they told Md. Tuku Laskar I don’t know whose number they sent the money to, give us the money, otherwise they will take it away. At one stage they took 4,000 (four thousand) bricks. Later, when he called the mobile number of the unknown person, the number was shown to be closed and even when he called the Bikash account number of the unknown person, he got the number closed. The unidentified person cheated and accepted eighty one thousand rupees from Md. Tuku Lashkar through development. Because of which he suffered financially. In this regard, the victim filed a case last (May 2) with the Kalia Police Station against an anonymous accused. On Wednesday (May 15) night under the supervision of Kalia police station officer-in-charge Khandaker Shamim Uddin, SI (retd) Gazi Noornabi and cyber crime investigation cell SI (retd) Md Feroze Ahmed, ASI (retd) Sushant (Nirb) Sangiya, along with the force identified the accused through the use of information technology. A person named Mahabur Rahman Dhali (52) was arrested from a rented house in Ektarpur (Taltala) village of Abhaynagar police station of Jessore district. The arrested Mahabur Rahman Dhali (52) is the son of deceased Mujibur Rahman Dhali of Sabuj Palli village of Dakop police station in Khulna district. The accused has been produced before the learned Court. Narail District Police Superintendent Mohd Mehedi Hasan is working wholeheartedly to ensure the safety of people and property.
